  The Guangdong office is designed to be located in Nanxiong Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. As it is an important local new office, we are asked to infuse some new design concepts at home and abroad. The height of the main structure of the building is 15.53m from the outdoor terrace to the roof. The Gross building area is precisely 3505.24m². Zaozhuang Plant and Office Design

  This project involves the design of factories and offices in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, mainly include the control pump room, room for electronic equipment, control room, electronic equipment room, office duty room and the toilet. The overall design concept is to keep it simple and functional. The building is "slotted". The plane traffic is succinct and clear pursuant to building-use function. Brighton Garden

Ian Lyell Design was engaged to consult on redeveloping the exterior grounds of this Georgian style townhouse. Travertine Tiles were selected to create a stylish maintenance-free courtyard with feature Italian Pots with Cone Topiary. The small garden beside the front entry featured a Black Marble Urn designed by Ian Lyell. Small garden beds flanking each side of the path leading into the property were mass planted with Gardenia, English Box hedge, Murraya and a Feature Italian pot with a standard Ficus.

Denmark Road House

Ian Lyell Design was approached by our Client through our Chinese affiliation to create an Asian style garden with Australian influences. The design was required to keep low maintenance with a minimalistic approach. This included architecturally designed fence, steel pergola, spa, and outdoor entertaining area and driveways to complement the architectural design of the house and surrounding development.

Balwyn Project

Ian Lyell was appointed by a Chinese Developer and owner in Melbourne to design the interior, outdoor atrium and external grounds. The clients brief was to keep it simple but with a defined and subtle luxury.  The design of house entry, total interior and exterior were based on the philosophy of Feng Shui.
